Dustin came to do a water heater flush. We discussed whether to do it or not...10 yrs old and never flushed...certain risks involved and WH looked fine overall. Decided not to flush but to probably replace within next couple of years. He answered a lot of my questions about plumbing in the house and checked under the kitchen sink regarding a question about the dishwasher. Very satisfied with his helpful answers.
