Connor was the plumber who came to my house. I did not see his name on your list. He did a phenomenal job. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I want to give a big shout-out to WireNut Home Services. I am a very "satisfied" customer and I wanted to share my wonderful experience. Thank you, for a smooth installation and "peace of mind!!" I truly appreciate the outstanding service provided by Andrew, Chris, and Johnny. They all were polite, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable about the job. This experience was a huge relief, My home was built in the late 80s. I'm proud of being a YouTube "do-it-yourselfer!" I thought I could replace several "faulty receptacles". No luck, stressed to the max, I contacted WireNut Home Services. Luckily Andrew was kind enough to redo my work and give me a few pointers. He actually gave me a score of a "C." He was being rather generous. He replaced my 3 electrical outlets, and it was such a "peace of mind." Andrew inspected my electrical panel and informed me that it needed to be updated. They also brought 2 generators for my home and my neighbor's. We decided not to use them, it was only 5+ hours. We were informed not to open our refrigerators, to keep our food cold. They installed my new "fire alarms" and labeled my electrical panel, to ensure all rooms were annotated. It was such a pleasure having Chris and Johnny, in my home. Technician Karson Fricke arrived within the promised timeframe and assessed an issue with low water pressure. He was professional and helpful and scheduled a time for a repair. I was not billed for his time but was given estimate for anticipated repair.

Steve was on time and did clean, professional work. Everything was done right the first time and exactly as discussed. Would absolutely hire him again.
