Brady was on time, identified the busted part, and got my AC running again within minutes. Service was good, but expensive.

Because another HVAC company can’t take care of their customers I was forced to search for another HVAC repairman. I was fortunate enough to find wire nut and I’m really glad I did. Today, 11/6/24, was cold, miserably cold! But that didn’t stop our service technician! He was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly! Here’s the best part for me, they charged me less than Mr. “Smith” by over half! I was a customer of Mr “Smith” and the amount of money I spent with them for the sub par service I received should’ve gotten me a warranty especially with parts close to 3 years old but they didn’t give me a 6 year warranty like they promised so Im no longer their customer! Enough about Mr. “Smith”. I will be contacting WIRE NUT from now on when I have any issues concerning my HVAC system. The prices are nice the people are friendly and knowledgeable and FAST!!! I’m extremely impressed and very happy with their service. My service technician arrived earlier than expected, finished quicker than he anticipated and got our heat back up and running again quickly. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT WIRE NUT for keeping my family warm and doing an amazing job! Kudos to everyone involved! Keep a spot open for me, I’ll be calling you soon for more services. God bless you all!! Update to this review, once again the pink truck mafia installed garbage and wire nut fixed me right up. Today is July 29th 25, my a/c has been out for about a week or more. Finally called the awesome people at wire nut and they had me fixed up in no time at all. Blowing cold 🥶 finally! Thanks for taking care of us and fixing other companies problems. We really appreciate it!

David Stookey is phenomenal! He came to finish the re-wiring of our entire home and ensured everything was in place and operating properly. He ended up having Carter Griffin come to assist, the total day was 9hrs. They caught a big issue missed by the previous electricians, corrected it, then triple checked it all once he was finished. We are 1000% appreciative and will ensure all future work we have is by the two members mentioned above. VERY professional and polite. Thank you so much.

Gary was phenomenal! Not only did he finally diagnose the root cause of our plumbing issue he went above and beyond to repair the ancillary issues we had (shower leak, toilet running). Gary's professionalism, warn demeanor, & incredible attention to detail was amazing. As long as Wirenut continues to have incredible people like Gary...I'm a customer for life!!

The electricians knew their task and were professional and personal - BUT BUT BUT I would rate "pre call and post call" customer service a zero Stars. It is a nightmare to get through worthless AI front end, and then shuffled off to some off shore ?Philippines? call center who puts your name in a computer cue ... and you hope you get local real person who knows your job, and that can help. That can take 20 minutes or longer. This part of WireNut is horrible)
