We had our annual furnace system inspection yesterday. Our technician, Trevor, was professional, friendly and thorough. His explanation of his findings and recommendations to enhance our system were well-explained and easy to understand. Very friendly and professional the entire time he was there. I especially appreciate the photographs they take of our system because it helps detail their findings.

Good job fixing the a/c controls. The hourly rate for the service (after parts) came out to about $400/hr, which seems steep
