I had the pleasure of working with MASON today regarding a estimate on HVAC/AC tune up. I expressed my frustration with the noise my furnace has made for 6 years and the high utility bills when he came in. .He listened to everything I had to say, then went to work on my estimate.I had numerous companies come in and tell me " this furnace model has a loud motor which is causing vibration". They put cardboard between pipes and vents and charging me a lot of money The problem was never fixed!!! With MASON'S extensive background in HVAC/AC, he knew what the problem was right away. While looking at what parts needed a tune up, he made a small adjustment and the noise was gone!!! THANK YOU MASON. He had pictures of the problem areas and explained what needed to be done and why. He let me know what needed attention right away and what I could wait to fix. MASON is super nice, very honest and definitely very knowledgeable in HVAC/AC. No high pressure tactics. They were able to get me on the schedule with the dates I had available. MASON is also going to be doing the tune up, so he knows exactly what needs to be done. No miscommunication there!! verses when someone else comes to do the job. I highly recommend MASON for all your HVAC/AC needs.. WIRENUT you hired a keeper when you hired MASON. He is a great role model for others who work in HVAC/AC. Thank you again MASON.

Wirenut has always done a good job and hasn’t let us down. We would definitely recommend them for work that needs to be done. Some other places maybe cheaper but we’ve learned that you get what you pay for. They stand behind their work. Scott Murry did a great job and even followed up the next day!

Chris was great. It was a tough job working in a dirty tight crawl space and having to make multiple trips up top. Did a complete job and cleaned up all around. Would be happy to have him work for us again.
