Josh Rullmann was great! He came to inspect and tune my HVAC and give me an estimate for a vent cleaning, and he was so friendly, pleasant, and professional. Right off the bat, he offered to teach me a bit about my system. I ended up staying for the entire inspection as he walked me through all the different machine parts, what they do, and what to look out for. He showed me my emergency shutoff switch, showed me how to change the filter/where it was, told me some things to look out for, showed me the error codes on an inside panel, and showed me how to flush my A/C line. As a single woman and new homeowner, I wish every person who came to do an inspection for me was this willing to go above and beyond to make sure I know how to take care of my house! My dad initially connected me with WireNut to help with hanging new light fixtures, and he bought me a year’s subscription, and they’ve been great so far. The inspection and tune up were included in my subscription, and the vent cleaning estimate came in slightly lower than a previous estimate I received with comparable (apples to apples) service. I also worked with Gary Burgess, who came to inspect a leaky valve on my water heater. He was able to resolve the issue right away, answered some questions I had about my plumbing, and encouraged me to schedule my included plumbing inspection. He was so kind and professional! Steven Vincenzetti and Kyle performed my vent cleaning. They were very good-humored and walked me through the whole process before beginning their work. They were efficient and did an extremely thorough job. They also answered some questions I had about additional services and gave me some tips on maintaining my vents. True professionals! It’s so nice to find a company that’s hired folks who are very chill, professional, and genuine. I’ve had such a good experience with every individual and team I’ve met through WireNut. Franco V was very professional; he showed up clean, introducing himself to the occupants with-in the house, and made sure he described the work he was going to do. All through-out the process he kept in constant contact with us. Unfortunately our system was not able to be saved and we needed a new system. Franco then was able to give us a complete quote for a new A/C system. He confirmed Sq footage of the house and suggested an appropriate replacement. He helped to qualify and get us financed for the work. He also ensured we could get scheduled quickly for the replacement. His above and beyond service reflect well on his profession and the company he works for

Steve Storms called first, showed up on time, checked everything that needs to be accomplished, ordered the parts and will return in 2 days to complete the project. Steve was very helpful in explaining things to me and I am thankful that I contacted WireNut for my electrical repairs.

The electrician, who came out to my house to fix an issue. His name was Jarred, he was amazing. He was super friendly, very clear on explaining everything to me, he was also very efficient, explained all of my options and what may need to be done coming up. there was no pressure, he it was very professional, he did a great job and wire nut is very lucky to have him on their team
