Josiah H. did a plumbing multi-point inspection of our home today (July 7). He did a very thorough job and was quite knowledgeable.

I was in and out both days on call for work and they just focused on their job despite my children, dogs and hectic schedules. Their understanding and patience was next level. Mariah Crane came to my home to make repairs to my toilets that had just been installed a day earlier by a male plumber from another company. She resolved my problems immediately. She is very pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable as she was able to answer all my plumbing questions. I am very pleased to see a woman in the plumbing trade and will DEFINITELY request her for all future plumbing issues that arise in my home. I am referring her to all family and friends as well. Logan phoned before arriving at my house. He was prompt and polite. He explained how he would handle my problem and went to work immediately. He was done in a reasonable period of time, cleaned up after himself, and asked if I had any questions. A positive experience!

Job was done well as far as I can tell. Hasn’t even been 24 hours. But…. Left my yard side gate wide open and could had my dogs long gone. Discovered in late evening. KAlso left trash can in driveway.. no big deal. Third. AC was not working and I was gone all day today. When I got back discovered that the main breaker was off. They never checked as far as I can see if AC was working. Now will see how it goes. General work though I am happy with so far. Need more time to evaluate.

We scheduled an AC tune up and it turned into needing a complete replacement + vent/duct cleaning. Everyone we worked with was great - professional, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They also were great about keeping in touch with us - letting us know about any need to reschedule and when they would be arriving. Will definitely work with them again. Special shout out to Brian C, Dylan J, and Conner D - three of the technicians who came out to do the work.

So we had Chance Seymour and Adam Campos come by to give us some estimates. What I loved about them was how thorough and detailed they both were. They sat down with me and my husband and explained everything to us from what we would be getting, to what everything does, and financing options. What I loved the most was their friendly demeanor, how they truly listened what we wanted and needed, and that we didn't feel pressured or finessed into a commitment. We had other companies come by and one of them immediately tried running our credit without explaining things to us and tried to get us to sign right there. WireNut was the complete opposite, they actually explained things and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision rather than the other guys who made us feel uneasy and quite frankly sketched out. Adam and Chance told us WireNut was there to help us and take care of us, and they delivered!

So we have been having problems with our AC for a couple weeks. Gary Conte came out to check it ! He wasn’t able to fix it due to it being the compressor, but he called the company of our ac unit right away - verified it was still under warranty and got us scheduled for the next soonest installation appointment. Gary did such a thorough check! He really hoped it wasn’t the compressor but sadly it was. He really put my mind at ease ! They come out to install this Wed so hopefully our ac will be back up and running. He even gave tips to help make sure our ac stays healthy once it’s fixed. Best service Gary Conte provided !

We will continue with Wirenut in the future. 11/13/14 - David and Kyle were here ahead of the appointment time (thank heaven) and were very efficient in examination of our problem area and arriving at a solution. They carefully explained all aspects of the problem in layman's terms and examined previous work, which they found satisfactory. We greatly appreciate WireNut employees' respect for our home by always wearing booties inside. An appointment for tomorrow was made for correction of the existing problem, which was caused by the company that originally installed the A/C eleven years ago. We highly recommend WireNut for home services. 11/7/14 - Peter and Elijah were of great help in isolating the problem with a PVC pipe installed by another company; and they arranged for a senior technician to visit tomorrow to evaluate their findings and arrange for repair. In addition, they will send information about floor repair companies to repair scratches on the kitchen floor - NOT CAUSED BY WIRENUT. We so appreciate these two young men, who are great assets to Wirenut and who examine all of their resources in efforts to solve problems successfully. Dalton was thorough in checking the condition of the furnace and the A/C unit and found problems with both, which are in the age range of need for replacement, according to internet information. Dalton is arranging for a senior technician to contact us on 10/21/24 to verify his findings and to be available to answer any questions we may have. Dalton is not only very professional, but he is also a very pleasant young man. Thank you.

Jefferson did an outstanding job of trying to locate a leak. None was found. He did explain that water could have leaked passed the water line to my tub. He sealed it. Showed photos of area that it was all dry no water running according to water meter. Very happy

Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete review of our electrical wall outlets, light switches and home electrical panel, as well as troubleshooting the HVac system thermostat problem. We called WireNut Home Services because the thermostat for our HVac system totally stopped working after a lightning strike. He showed us through infrared,how hot our wiring was due to the age of our home and the type of wiring used. Any of these outlets and switches could have easily started a fire. We scheduled replacement of all outlets and light switches. He repaired the thermostat. Absolutely wonderful customer service from Steve. Jeff made a service call when my mom found a leak above the water heater. He made the repair and identified the quest pipe installed when her house was built. This pipe is suseptible to cracks and bursting behind the walls. Thankfully, he and his team were able to remove and replace all the pipes before any more damage was done. Chance took care of several tricky to spot issues related to what turned out to be a power surge requiring the utility company to fix. Chance suggested and installed preventative measures (in panel surge protector), and got the utility company on site **during the service call** to have them fix their portion. This is like my 3rd or 4th service call with WireNut, and have never had a problem, nor any re-work needed.

Dustin gave a thorough examination of our plumbing system including checking for tree roots in our pipes leading from our house to the street. I've felt completely comfortable having them over and am grateful! The company came recommended from a good friend, and I can see why now! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Tim did an excellent job rewiring all of our outlets and switches in two bedrooms. We are considering doing the whole house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and how he fixed the problems. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Power has been restored and working great!

Dustin gave a thorough examination of our plumbing system including checking for tree roots in our pipes leading from our house to the street. We also appreciated that he flushed our hot water heater. Finally he gave recommendations and left us with a printout showing how our plumbing system is performing.

Matt was very attentive and professional. You installed a new breaker box and replaced plugs and switches. We had one strange anomoly with one circuit that we never able to figure out.
