The technician, Ty, did some very professional diagnostics and it was determined that our drainage system has some major problems in the original part of the house and the entire drainage system must be replaced. This was not good news, but the house is pretty old and is expected. Your company will now start replacing the drainage pipes starting August 19. The trees that were in the way of excavation have been removed. Thank you, Paul Wallace

Gary Conte-Hammond was great! He was friendly and helpful. It didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy anything , but I felt like he did give me the facts and options. He was patient and so helpful! Gary is the reason I chose Wirenut to install my new furnace and air conditioning! Wirenut was also available to install the next day! At first, I was not happy with the service provided by Wirenut. They scheduled me in a window, I left work to meet a tech only to get a call in the last 30 minutes of the window that a tech couldn't make it. I was upset and ready to find another company until they rebooted for the next day at a time that worked for me.
