WireNut Techs are very careful with making sure they locate the problem. Mr. Kennedy and Trevor Robinson checked my furnace inside and outside. Mr Kennedy had a new technician with him and they were both very professional. Thanks guys for taking care of this little old retired lady. Ty was easy to work with when he came out to rooter out the kitchen drain. He also made a run back to the office to get a bathroom sink faucet. Unfortunately he couldn't change the faucet because we didn't have access to the water source to turn off.

The job at my home was unusual and complex: remove an old non-functioning solar system (installed '83), put in a new furnace and air conditioner, upgrade an electrical circuit panel and remove an old water heater and energy storage unit from the old solar system. Chance Seymour was overseeing it all, explained everything they would be doing, called when he said he would, showed up with his delightful crew on time, cleaned up well after the 2 day project and very considerate. I don't know what else in the future I may need them for (all the projects done), but if I do, I will call WireNut and hope I get another "Chance".
