Excellent explanation of work, options, and actual work itself. Thanks (after post comments - work and on site service was outstanding. Work was scheduled promptly. The electricians knew their task and were professional and personal - BUT BUT BUT I would rate "pre call and post call" customer service a zero Stars. It is a nightmare to get through worthless AI front end, and then shuffled off to some off shore ?Philippines? call center who puts your name in a computer cue ... and you hope you get local real person who knows your job, and that can help. That can take 20 minutes or longer. This part of WireNut is horrible)

Alex was awesome, upon me explaining the issue he knew where to tackle. He also explained to me the issue and how to fix it if it happens again. Mason was awesome and very knowledgeable. He walked me through every step that he took and already knew what the problem was when I told him what was going on with my AC. He was correct after troubleshooting.

I had an electric heater installed in my garage at my home. I purchased the heater and all the material to do the job myself. Due to health reasons I was not able to climb in the attic and run the wire to the panel. A master electrician, Paul and his apprentice, I think his name was Daniel showed up. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I explained how I was going to do it but if he knows a better way go ahead. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I gave them the ok. They did a professional job and it came out perfect. I have 2 friends that want the same set up that I have and I will definitely recommend Wire Nut.

Mason Lucas came to provide me with an estimate for cleaning my air ducts. Mason was very courteous and very knowledgeable about AC Systems as he evaluated each part of our system and acknowledge the parts of the system that were working well and those that might need some work in the future. Mason did a very extensive estimate of my system and what it would take to efficiently clean our systems ducts. Mason provided 3 different estimates that allow us to choose which would be best for us. This was very beneficial to us in making a decision.
