Thoughtful Pipe Repair & Installation in Colorado Springs

When pipe problems creep in—be it corroded lines, low water pressure, or constant leaks—our team at WireNut is ready to tackle them with clarity and care. We don’t rush past the root cause. Instead, we assess your plumbing system in full and recommend tailored solutions that fit your home, not just the problem. Whether you’re planning a remodel or facing a sudden burst, we combine durable materials with installation precision that holds up for the long haul. Many of our customers find us through larger jobs like whole-home plumbing installation or emergency plumbing calls, and stay with us because we make every fix feel like an upgrade.

Signs Your Pipes May Be Failing

Pipe problems rarely start with a flood. Most begin subtly—through odd smells, strange noises, or water bills that don’t add up. If you’ve noticed any of these issues, it may be time to have your system inspected:

  • Persistent dripping sounds inside walls
  • Rust-colored water or discoloration in sinks and tubs
  • Low water pressure throughout your home
  • Wet spots or mold growth on floors or drywall
  • Sudden spikes in your water bill

Many of these symptoms overlap with drain and sewer issues, which we also diagnose and repair. Our plumbing specialists have the tools and training to distinguish between surface-level clogs and deep-rooted pipe deterioration. Getting ahead of these signs can save your home from structural water damage—and protect your budget in the long run.

Our Pipe Repair & Replacement Process

Every home is different, which is why our plumbing team follows a detailed, personalized approach—no shortcuts, no guesswork. From first inspection to final cleanup, WireNut delivers dependable pipe service designed to last and tailored to your home.

Inspection & Problem-Solving That Starts With Listening

We begin by identifying the root cause—whether it’s corrosion, outdated materials, frozen pipes, or high water pressure damage. Our team doesn’t just look for the obvious; we assess water flow, leak points, and system history to determine the smartest path forward.

You’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s wrong and why it matters, along with honest recommendations for repair or replacement. No vague jargon—just straightforward advice that protects your home and budget.

Skilled Repairs and Full-System Replacements

For minor issues, we use high-grade materials and lasting techniques to restore performance without disturbing your space. When replacement is the better investment, we install modern piping that boosts efficiency, reduces risk, and meets current code.

From copper and PEX to trenchless options, we’re equipped for every type of piping system. And if the issue overlaps with drain and sewer problems, we’ll coordinate those repairs seamlessly without passing the buck.

Final Checks, Clean-Up, and Long-Term Confidence

After the repair or install is complete, we perform a full pressure test and inspection to verify flow, seal integrity, and material performance. Then, we clean up the workspace like we were never there—and leave you with peace of mind.

All work is backed by WireNut’s Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee and our one-year product pledge. If something doesn’t perform like it should, we’ll fix it—no hassle, no extra cost.

Types of Pipe Materials We Work With

Not all homes in Colorado Springs are built alike—and neither are their plumbing systems. At WireNut, we work with a wide range of piping materials, and we match solutions to your home’s age, water use, and layout. Our goal is to provide long-term performance and water quality—not just a quick fix.

Copper Piping

A popular choice in many Colorado homes, copper is known for durability and resistance to bacteria. We often recommend it for kitchen and bath plumbing upgrades where clean water flow is a priority. While it can be more expensive upfront, its longevity and performance make it a solid investment.

PEX (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)

PEX is flexible, cost-effective, and easier to install in tight spaces—making it ideal for retrofitting homes without major wall damage. It handles both hot and cold water systems and is becoming increasingly common in plumbing installation for new construction and remodels.

PVC and CPVC

Used primarily for drain lines and vent systems, PVC is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. CPVC can handle hot water and is often found in older retrofitted homes. While not suitable for every application, these materials are useful for specific drain and sewer solutions and venting needs.

Carl and Anthony did a great job when they installed a new furnace. They called ahead of arrival, completed the job and cleaned up. Carl answered all the questions I had about the old unit and the new on. The new furnace is so much quieter than the old one. Very pleased with the service.

Great service from all of the technicians - always polite and courteous, efficient and clean. They explain things simply, but not like they are talking down to me (which other providers have done!).

Brady came out and serviced my furnace and Rama full inspection on it. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. If only all techs were as attentive as him. He then showed up a couple of days later to quote me on a dryer vent cleaning. While I found the price to be a bit high, his transparency and attention to detail explaining what needs to be done was more than a possible customer could ask for. 5 stars to Brady as well as WireNut.

Shelton was our Wire Nut tech today, for our annual furnace inspection & service. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and did a great job getting our furnace ready for the winter season. He checked many components that previous HVAC techs from other companies from years past, did not check; and patiently explained their function and importance. Some people may not want that instruction, but since that furnace will keep you & your family warm, you should know the best preventive maintenance to keep it operating safely. I'd like to think Wire Nut techs are all the same caliber as Shelton, and recommend this company. Their annual membership is reasonable, around $150/ yr, and comes with great discounts and priority service. Today's service was included with membership.
