Wireut has become more sales oriented. I was ready to cancel my service. Wirenut reschedules appointments "due to emergencies a lot. They don't value my time. I gave them 5 stars because Josh was very good. Not for the company. Josh did not try to sell me anything, He explained everything he did and he listened to my concerns. He is a great asset to the company.

Carl & Ian were very respectful & easy to work with. They did a great job too.

Great Customer Service, deserves a raise.

Our AC went on Wednesday evening, I made an appointment Thursday morning. Bradey and James arrived at 11:00 the AC was fixed by 11:30 . Since it got up the 95 that day , it greatly appreciated have skilled people fixing the problem.

I appreciated the technician, John. He was respectful of our time and space. He checked to make sure we didn't need power for the few minutes that power would be off so he could do his job. He came; he did his job quickly and efficiently; he left on a very positive note.
