I had a problem with my home thermostat. I called WireNut and the technician Gary Hammond came on time. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful. Although, I may have asked a question more than once he answered and explained to me how my thermostat worked. I was very pleased since this my first winter in my home. Again, Gary thank you.

Brady Ross was amazing. I know nothing about furnaces. He came in and explained everything to me because I had to get mine replaced. We also priced it with air-conditioning and it was reasonable. He explained every thing to me they will be back here on Tuesday to install and it’s just been an amazing experience.

Joshua Rullimann inspected my furnace on Wednesday Dec. 17, 2025. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Everything went well with the inspection. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with, I told him I did not know if my humidifier was working. He promptly figured out the problem and had it working. I would highly recommend Joshua for his honesty, personality and knowledge. I would request his heating and air work any time in the future. Thank you for having such an excellent employee.
