This experience was a huge relief, My home was built in the late 80s. I'm proud of being a YouTube "do-it-yourselfer!" I thought I could replace several "faulty receptacles". No luck, stressed to the max, I contacted WireNut Home Services. Luckily Andrew was kind enough to redo my work and give me a few pointers. He actually gave me a score of a "C." He was being rather generous. He replaced my 3 electrical outlets, and it was such a "peace of mind." Andrew inspected my electrical panel and informed me that it needed to be updated. Technician Karson Fricke arrived within the promised timeframe and assessed an issue with low water pressure. He was professional and helpful and scheduled a time for a repair. I was not billed for his time but was given estimate for anticipated repair.
