Brady (Ross) came out to inspect our furnace and whole house humidifier for the season. He explained what he was checking for and was patient as I asked questions about operations and things to look out for this winter. This visit is consistent with our other service calls, WireNut employees are on time, courteous, and professional. Thanks for helping us maintain our home.

Recently had a 19 year-old furnace serviced. The technician pointed out a few possible issues that may affect its performance. I did decline an overpriced thermostat but the $79 service fee was well worth the money spent.

I had a problem with my home thermostat. I called WireNut and the technician Gary Hammond came on time. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful. Although, I may have asked a question more than once he answered and explained to me how my thermostat worked. I was very pleased since this my first winter in my home. Again, Gary thank you.

Tristan is an expert and helped us diagnose the problem with our six year old hot water tank. He explained that he could clean the burner unit and upon doing so the burner unit was able to be relit. We appreciated his insight and honesty.
