Monument Home Services

At 7,000 Feet, You Need a Team That Gets It. Same-Day Service. Upfront Pricing.

Proudly Serving Residents in Monument

WireNut Home Services has been serving Front Range homeowners since 2004, and Monument is one of the communities we know well. Situated at around 7,000 feet on the Palmer Divide, Monument has its own set of home service challenges that come with the elevation, the freeze-thaw cycles of a Front Range winter, and the hard water that flows through homes throughout the area. Our licensed electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers work in Monument homes regularly and understand what living at this elevation actually does to the systems inside your home.

Our service area covers Monument and the surrounding communities including Woodmoor, Kings Deer, Palmer Lake, Gleneagle, and the surrounding foothills. If you are in the Monument area and need a licensed home services professional, WireNut is ready to help.

Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Services for Monument Homes

Monument’s elevation changes how every major system in your home performs. Combustion appliances need altitude-specific tuning to burn cleanly and efficiently at 7,000 feet. HVAC equipment needs to be sized and commissioned for our lower air density or it underperforms from day one. Hard water from the Front Range watershed accumulates scale in pipes, water heaters, and fixtures at rates that accelerate wear significantly faster than Monument homeowners typically expect. WireNut’s licensed technicians and plumbers account for all of this on every job in Monument because the company that services your home should actually understand the conditions your home operates in.

Electrical Services in Monument

From panel upgrades and generator installations, a popular choice given Monument’s exposure to Front Range winter storms, to ceiling fan installations and outlet upgrades, WireNut’s licensed electricians handle the full range of residential electrical work throughout Monument. Whether you are in an established Woodmoor property or a newer custom build in Kings Deer, our Monument electrical team brings the same upfront pricing and licensed expertise to every job.

HVAC Services in Monument

Monument winters hit earlier and harder than most Front Range communities, and a heating system that is not properly set up for our altitude is one that will let you down on the coldest nights. WireNut’s HVAC technicians repair, replace, and maintain heating and cooling systems throughout Monument with the altitude-specific combustion tuning and refrigerant charge verification that most companies skip. See everything our Monument HVAC team can handle for your home.

Plumbing Services in Monument

Hard water, freeze risk, and aging pipes in Monument’s established neighborhoods create a specific set of plumbing challenges that our licensed plumbers deal with every week. From water softener installations that protect your plumbing from Monument’s mineral-rich water to emergency pipe repairs after a January cold snap, our Monument plumbing team handles it all with flat-rate pricing and same-day availability.

I have used WireNut several times for a variety of services, from checking plumbing lines to HVAC tune-ups and electrical work. No matter who they send or who I speak with over the phone, I’m always impressed by their professionalism and genuine family-oriented approach.

I had the privilege of working with Frankie today, and let me just say—what a great guy! He was easy to talk to, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and was incredibly personable. He’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your company.

The same goes for everyone I’ve spoken with over the phone. Dawn, Jason, and the entire staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Thank you all for providing such outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a company that delivers not only quality work but also makes every interaction feel personal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WireNut to anyone looking for honest, professional, and caring service.

I had the pleasure of having WireNut help me with my serious plumbing problem. I had seen a sign somewhere that said they do plumbing - they have a good reputation - so I called. I had the pleasure of working with Frankie Vargas. He’s a gem and he went the distance to really ensure what was wrong and how to fix the problem. He explained the fix to me as it was complicated. But I understood. He was careful to explain options which they may be required to do if there were further complications and let’s face the truth, there can be complications. But he assured me and he was good to his Word, that they would explain the process along the way and even show me with the camera exactly what was going on. A few days passed and I was scheduled for service which required an inspection and a schedule with the local municipality - which delayed WireNut. But WireNut prevailed and the work began. The technicians sent were gentlemen and very sensitive to cleanliness - you know, keeping their work area clean and tidy while doing some difficult work. Those gentlemen Joseph Ellerd and Chris Beatty worked as a team. They were efficient and clever in their work which I watched much of the time. They maintained decorum in their language and in their respectful conduct. They were a real pleasure to know and like Frankie Vargas, they kept me apprised all along the way. I expect because of this consistent experience with WireNut plumbing department, that you too will find your experience more than completely satisfactory! It was certainly 5 Star and above!
