We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. All people involved were very personable and professional. They even loaned us 2 cooling units to help with the heat until we could get the new system installed.

Steve was here to give us an estimate on two jobs. The first is replacing the mess of wires in the media box. The original installation was so sloppy it looked like a bowl of spaghetti. The second is installing a new outlet for our for our high speed modem.
The estimates were fair and we accepted both.

Carter was phenomenal!! He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving. Something several technicians before him could not figure out!! He went to get the part and installed it right away. The AC has been working great ever since!! I hope I can get him for future repairs!!

Wasn’t excited about needing a new furnace but Jerry was able to explain and show why it was no longer functioning. He also explained the difference between a costly repair on a 14 year old unit that could also have other problems and a new unit. Very friendly and professional.
