Frankie V. came out and fixed our plumbing issue in a quick and professional manner. Friendly, professional, and fast, through things I think someone can expect from WireNut! I’d give more stars if I could.

Alex was awesome, upon me explaining the issue he knew where to tackle. He also explained to me the issue and how to fix it if it happens again. Mason was awesome and very knowledgeable. He walked me through every step that he took and already knew what the problem was when I told him what was going on with my AC. He was correct after troubleshooting. Trevor was awesome, showed up to my house on time and service was outstanding. After the service he explained and showed me pictures and videos that he took of my unit. Frankie was awesome, by far one of the best Techs I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing and after the inspection he sat me down and went over everything in detail.

I have a wall heater in my entry hall. I called WireNut to replace it. A technician by the name of Jarred Weaver showed up. He look at the heater and asked me what type of wall heater I was interested in. I gave him my specifications and he recommended a cadet wall heater. He gave me a verbal quote of $1200 dollars for the heater and installation. I asked him to show me the type of heater I would be purchasing and receiving from WireNut. When he showed me the recommended heater I asked him if I could purchase the heater myself since I had already seen the same heater at Lowe’s for a more affordable price of $259 dollars. He said yes. I asked him if WireNut would complete the installation and he said yes. Jarred Weaver the electrical technician scheduled the installation for the next day. He didn’t showed up to complete the installation. Another electrical technician by the name of William Wales came. That is when I found out the recommended heater Jarred Weaver told me to purchase was too small for the space. I had to wait a week for WireNut to find a wall heater to fit the space. When the heater came in William Wales came and completed the installation. I am pleased with the new heater and the installation. William Wales is very professional, courteous and respectful. He is also a people person. He took the time to asked me where I wanted the thermostat installed due to my mobility issue. He showed me how it works. If I ever use WireNut again I would request that they send William Wales as the electrical technician. He is a true professional.

CARTER GRIFFIN AND BRADY ROSS DID AN EXCELLENT THOROUGH JOB FROM WIRENUT INSPECTING OUR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND DUCTWORK. They are both very competent.

I had a problem with my home thermostat. I called WireNut and the technician Gary Hammond came on time. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful. Although, I may have asked a question more than once he answered and explained to me how my thermostat worked. I was very pleased since this my first winter in my home. Again, Gary thank you.

Brady Ross was amazing. I know nothing about furnaces. He came in and explained everything to me because I had to get mine replaced. We also priced it with air-conditioning and it was reasonable. He explained every thing to me they will be back here on Tuesday to install and it’s just been an amazing experience.
