Highlands Ranch Plumbing Installation

Additions, renovations, and upgraded fixtures all require new plumbing installation done correctly the first time. WireNut installs plumbing throughout Highlands Ranch, sized and routed to handle this area’s hard water and your home’s actual needs.

New Plumbing Installation for Highlands Ranch Projects

New plumbing installation in Highlands Ranch, whether for an addition, a finished basement, or new fixtures, gets planned around both the home’s existing system and this area’s hard water conditions from the start. Original Northridge homes sometimes require connecting new work into older existing lines, which needs careful assessment to confirm capacity and condition before proceeding.

Douglas County permitting applies to most new plumbing installation, and we coordinate that as a standard part of the project. If your installation project includes a new water heater, our water heaters service covers that specific piece. Getting the capacity assessment right upfront prevents a project that stalls once we’re already into the walls.

What Highlands Ranch Homeowners Ask About Plumbing Installation

  • Basement finishing plumbing: Common in older Northridge homes adding a bathroom or wet bar.
  • Addition plumbing: Requires connecting into the existing system with capacity in mind.
  • Fixture upgrades: Straightforward installs that still benefit from hard-water-aware fixture selection.
  • Douglas County permitting: Required for most new plumbing work and coordinated as part of the project.

Here’s what typically comes up when we install new plumbing in Highlands Ranch homes.

Can my existing plumbing support a new addition?

It depends on your home’s current system capacity and condition, which we assess before finalizing any installation plan. Original Northridge homes sometimes need additional consideration given decades of existing use, while newer Backcountry construction typically has more straightforward capacity to work with.

Do I need a permit for new plumbing installation in Highlands Ranch?

Yes, most new plumbing installation requires a permit through Douglas County’s building division, since Highlands Ranch is unincorporated. We handle this as a standard part of any installation project. We also verify every connection meets current code before we consider the installation finished, not just functional. We’d rather flag a capacity concern now than have you discover it the hard way after the drywall goes back up.

I have used WireNut several times for a variety of services, from checking plumbing lines to HVAC tune-ups and electrical work. No matter who they send or who I speak with over the phone, I’m always impressed by their professionalism and genuine family-oriented approach.

I had the privilege of working with Frankie today, and let me just say—what a great guy! He was easy to talk to, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and was incredibly personable. He’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your company.

The same goes for everyone I’ve spoken with over the phone. Dawn, Jason, and the entire staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Thank you all for providing such outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a company that delivers not only quality work but also makes every interaction feel personal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WireNut to anyone looking for honest, professional, and caring service.

I had the pleasure of having WireNut help me with my serious plumbing problem. I had seen a sign somewhere that said they do plumbing - they have a good reputation - so I called. I had the pleasure of working with Frankie Vargas. He’s a gem and he went the distance to really ensure what was wrong and how to fix the problem. He explained the fix to me as it was complicated. But I understood. He was careful to explain options which they may be required to do if there were further complications and let’s face the truth, there can be complications. But he assured me and he was good to his Word, that they would explain the process along the way and even show me with the camera exactly what was going on. A few days passed and I was scheduled for service which required an inspection and a schedule with the local municipality - which delayed WireNut. But WireNut prevailed and the work began. The technicians sent were gentlemen and very sensitive to cleanliness - you know, keeping their work area clean and tidy while doing some difficult work. Those gentlemen Joseph Ellerd and Chris Beatty worked as a team. They were efficient and clever in their work which I watched much of the time. They maintained decorum in their language and in their respectful conduct. They were a real pleasure to know and like Frankie Vargas, they kept me apprised all along the way. I expect because of this consistent experience with WireNut plumbing department, that you too will find your experience more than completely satisfactory! It was certainly 5 Star and above!
