Security-Widefield Plumbing Installation

New plumbing installation in a Security-Widefield home, whether it is a bathroom addition, a garage conversion, or a full new construction project, requires proper rough-in, correct drain slope and venting, and a licensed plumber pulling the permits the work requires. WireNut handles all of it, with licensed plumbers who understand the local code requirements and do the work correctly from the start.

Plumbing Installation for Security-Widefield Homes and Properties

Security-Widefield has seen an uptick in homeowners adding accessory dwelling units, finishing basements, and converting garages into livable spaces. All of those projects require new plumbing installation if they include a kitchen or bathroom, and all of that plumbing needs to be properly permitted, inspected, and done to code. WireNut handles the licensed plumbing scope for new construction and renovation projects throughout Security-Widefield, working alongside general contractors or directly with homeowners depending on the project structure.

New plumbing installation in kitchens and bathrooms intersects with our kitchen and bath plumbing service for fixture work after rough-in is complete. For new gas appliance connections in an addition or new construction, our gas line installation service covers that scope. See the full Security-Widefield plumbing services page for the complete picture.

Plumbing Installation Projects WireNut Handles in Security-Widefield

  • Bathroom addition rough-in for new bathrooms being added to Security-Widefield homes, including supply, drain, and vent installation.
  • Basement finish plumbing for finished basements that require a bathroom, wet bar, or utility sink below grade.
  • Accessory dwelling unit plumbing for detached or attached units requiring full kitchen and bathroom plumbing.
  • Kitchen remodel rough-in when a kitchen is being reconfigured and fixture locations are changing.
  • Laundry room plumbing for washers, utility sinks, and floor drains in new laundry spaces or garage conversions.

Do I Need a Permit for New Plumbing Installation in Security-Widefield?

Yes. Any new plumbing installation, whether it is a single bathroom addition or a full accessory dwelling unit, requires a permit and inspection from the local authority before use. WireNut pulls all required permits, completes the work to current code, and schedules the required inspections as part of every new installation project. Unpermitted plumbing creates problems at resale and leaves the work without the safety verification that inspections provide.

How Far in Advance Should I Schedule Plumbing Rough-In in Security-Widefield?

For a project with a general contractor managing the timeline, WireNut coordinates directly with the GC to be on-site at the right point in the construction sequence. For homeowner-managed projects, we recommend scheduling rough-in before framing is enclosed so we have full access to run lines correctly. Getting the plumber involved early, before walls are closed, is always easier and cheaper than working around completed framing.

Cannan and Ian were both concerned about making sure I understood the process they were involved in and answered any questions and concerns I had on both days they were here. There was some miscommunication that involved the last day of installation and they both made sure that my HVAC was installed and running before they left that night. That had been their promise to me and they came through!

Good reliable service and knowledgeable technicians. I was apprehensive at first as I thought they would charge a lot more for certain things, but I’ve used them twice already and I think their prices are fair and reasonable.

So far so good! Really looking forward to working with them for new AC unit and furnace and tankless hot water heater..I'll add more to my review when the job is done..ps they caught that my house under from 16 years ago isn't up to code, so they are fixing that too. Tankless hot water heater went in today and it's great..they were VERY qualified and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. The entire crew were pleasant and courteous. I really appreciate the work so far! I'm looking forward to having the AC, furnace combo up n running on Wednesday of next week. And I will review it then. I would have them in my house any time.
