WireNut receives Excellence in Customer Service Award for record 8th time

We are proud to announce that we have received our 8th (7th in a row) BBB Excellence in Customer Service Award! This is a record number of EICS awards for any company, regardless of size. To apply for the Excellence in Customer Service Awards, companies must document the extent, quality and effectiveness of their customer service practices; a panel of independent evaluators reviews the applications. The BBB website states that the awards are not a competition between companies, but rather “a singular journey of process within a company.” Other recipients from this year include McCloskey Motors and Bob Penkhus Motor Co.
